The Human Element
August 22, 2006

It has become apparent now, at least to my humble self, that above all it is the human element that defines Instructional Design.
There simply has to be a maintained connection with the user, so as they do not become detached from what they are reading.
Our latest exercise in making a video slide show enforced that we are designing for people.
Feel free to view our class video book on instructional design.
Here you can view all video-casts and listen to interviews with each of the authors.
Also viewable is my ‘Interview Project’ task schedule at voo2do.
