The Human Element

It has become apparent now, at least to my humble self, that above all it is the human element that defines Instructional Design.

There simply has to be a maintained connection with the user, so as they do not become detached from what they are reading.

Our latest exercise in making a video slide show enforced that we are designing for people.

Downhill Roll

It’s been a solid few weeks of in depth instructional design here in MM1. We are now left with a mere 5 or so weeks until the end of term, and I can pretty much say we have a firm grip on the class module and objectives. Everyone has been working well and producing quality stuff. Not long now until a well earned holiday.
